What is EnterFinance?

EnterFinance connects underserved young Australians with real people, real roles, and real pathways into financial services. Delivered by INCO in Australia, it is a free learning program supporting over 300 young people from underrepresented backgrounds to explore education and career opportunities in the sector.

Through short, self-paced online modules on INCO’s learning platform, learners build a broader understanding of the Australian financial services sector and unlock access to optional live events, both online and in Sydney, where they connect directly with professionals and organisations.

The program is designed to make financial services more accessible and easier to navigate, especially for young people with limited exposure to finance careers or professional networks.

EnterFinance launched in late April 2026 and runs through to the end of the year. We’re inviting financial services professionals and organisations to partner with us to bring the program to life, whether by contributing to program content or taking part in optional live events, with opportunities to volunteer from as little as 30 minutes up to half a day.

Who is this program for?

Young people aged 16–25 living in Australia who want to explore study and career pathways and are curious about financial services, especially those who may have had fewer opportunities to build professional networks or learn about finance careers.
